Sizing & fit
How does the fit run?
Our tees are designed with an oversized, boxy fit. Take your usual size for a relaxed look, or size down one for a cleaner, closer cut. Every product page lists what the model wears and their height.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide for both body and flat garment measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us your usual fit and we'll point you right.
Are the pieces unisex?
Yes. Every piece is cut unisex. The fit is the same on everyone. The attitude is yours to bring.
Shipping & delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is always free, everywhere we ship. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise fees at checkout.
How long until it arrives?
Each piece is made to order. Production is typically 2–5 business days, then delivery is 3–7 business days inside the EU (longer for the rest of the world). Most orders land within 5–12 business days.
Where do you ship?
Across the EU and to most of the world. If checkout doesn't offer your country, email hola@santosociety.com and we'll see what we can do.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link the moment your piece ships.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
30 days to change your mind on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached. Anything faulty or wrong, we replace or refund for free. Full details in our return policy.
My item arrived faulty or wrong. What now?
That's on us. Email hola@santosociety.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, shipping covered.
Can I exchange for another size?
Because everything is made to order, the cleanest route is to return the unworn piece and place a new order in the right size. Stuck? Email us and we'll help.

What are the pieces made of?
Soft, heavyweight organic cotton with a premium handfeel, in washed black. Made to order to keep waste low and quality high.
How do I care for it?
Wash cold inside out, hang dry, skip the tumble dryer. Treat it like something you want to keep, because you will. More in the care notes.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards and the usual digital wallets, processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as fast as you can with your order number. If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll sort it. Once it's being printed, we can't pull it back.
