Refund policy

Short version: 30 days to change your mind on unworn items, and anything that arrives faulty or wrong we replace for free. No drama.

Every Santo Society piece is made to order and printed just for you. That keeps waste low and quality high. It also means we ask you to read this before you buy.

Your right of withdrawal (14 days, EU law)

As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend this to a full 30 days because we would rather you be sure.

To withdraw, email hola@santosociety.com with your order number within the window. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us.

Conditions for a change-of-mind return:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with any tags still attached.
  • It is in the same condition you received it.

For change-of-mind returns you cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.

Faulty, misprinted or wrong items (we pay)

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, that is on us. Email hola@santosociety.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and we cover all shipping. You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.

What we cannot accept

  • Items that are worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
  • Returns requested after the windows above.

Wrong address

If an order is returned to us because the address you entered was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you cover the reshipping cost.
