Shipping policy

Shipping is always free. The price you see is the price you pay.

We build the shipping cost into the price of every piece, so there are no surprise fees at checkout, anywhere we ship.

How it works

Each piece is made to order and printed for you, then shipped. So there are two parts to the wait:

• Production: typically 2 to 5 business days.
• Delivery: typically 3 to 7 business days in the EU, longer for the rest of the world.

That means most orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of ordering. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy launch periods can add a little time. We will always keep you posted.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when your piece ships.

Where we ship

We ship across the EU and to most of the world. If checkout does not offer your country, email hola@santosociety.com and we will see what we can do.

Customs & duties

For deliveries inside the EU there are no extra customs charges. For orders outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may apply on delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.
