Santo Society ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles your data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details.
Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
When you join the list: your email address, and your consent record.
Automatically: basic usage and device data through cookies and analytics, to keep the store working and understand what people like.

Why we use it (legal basis)

To process and deliver your order, and provide support (performance of a contract).
To send you the email you signed up for (your consent).
To meet our tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
To keep the store secure and improve it (our legitimate interest).

Who we share it with

We only share what is needed to run the shop:

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders.
Our payment provider, to take payment securely.
Printful, our print and fulfilment partner, which receives your name and shipping address to make and send your order.
Our email provider, to send order and list emails.
Our accountant and the Belgian tax authorities, where legally required.

We never sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the EU under approved safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

How long we keep it

Order and invoice data is kept as long as Belgian tax law requires (generally up to 7 years). List data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, or port your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hola@santosociety.com. You also have the right to complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit, www.gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
