Ordering

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if a product is unavailable or a price was clearly wrong), and if we do we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is included in the price. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider.

Products

Our pieces are made to order. We describe them as accurately as we can, but slight variations in colour and print position are normal for printed garments and are not defects.

Returns

Your return and withdrawal rights are set out in our Refund & Return Policy above.

Intellectual property

All designs, slogans, text, and images on this store belong to Santo Society and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Liability

We provide the store and products with reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. As a consumer you can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
